Capabilities
Hydro excavation, service exposure, pipe and culvert high pressure cleaning, pipeline inspections and CCTV condition reports with our own NDD truck fleet.
Non Destructive Digging (NDD)
Non destructive digging uses high pressure water and vacuum to expose underground services without damaging them. It is the safe way to pothole gas, power, water, sewer and telecommunications before trenching, piling or boring, and the clean way to clear pipes and culverts.
QCS runs its own NDD truck fleet, so the same company that exposes the services goes on to build around them. NDD is available on its own or as part of a QCS civil package.

Scope
Plant. The QCS NDD truck fleet, with CCTV inspection for condition reports.
Where
QCS works from Essendon Fields in Melbourne, Gilman in Adelaide and Stapylton between Brisbane and the Gold Coast, across all three states.
Yes. NDD trucks are available for hire on their own, alongside the rest of the QCS plant.
NDD breaks the ground with water and lifts it with vacuum, so a buried cable or pipe is exposed without being struck. An excavator bucket cannot tell what is underneath until it hits it.
Yes. Pipeline inspections with CCTV condition reports, and high pressure cleaning of pipes and culverts beforehand when needed.
Across Victoria, South Australia and Queensland from Essendon Fields, Gilman and Stapylton.
